This huge, 2100sf, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner condo is perfectly located for you to enjoy Orlando’s attractions. Just minutes from all the parks, restaurants and world class shopping and only 12 miles from the airport! It is also walking distance to the Orange County Convention Center and also a large grocery store/drug store. Guests will have full use of all the resort facilities, and our condo is just a 3 minute stroll to the main heated resort pool and clubhouse.

The condo offers a spacious open plan living area with a huge sectional seating area, 55” HDTV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need for a quick snack or gourmet dinner. The kitchen is open plan, fully equipped with all new stainless steel appliances and granite work tops plus everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal and the cook can chat with people perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area.

There are 3 bedrooms. The master suite has a king size bed, a 42” HDTV and a vast en suite bathroom with his n her double vanities, an oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and screen WC. The guest suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and another with 2 twin beds. There is also a full family bathroom in this area. In addition, every bedroom has flat screen TVs.

There is also a handy den complete with a queen sofa bed for additional guests.

The condo also has a full-size washer and dryer so you can pack light and leave room in your suitcase for outlet shopping!

Just beyond the living area is a large furnished patio ideal for enjoying a morning coffee in the sun.

Within our fully air conditioned club house you will find a movie theatre, gym and games room. A heated resort pool is surrounded by a multilevel deck, kids splash pool, and a Tiki Bar. A resort-sized Jacuzzi tub is adjacent to the pool. If you prefer a peaceful stroll or early morning jog, we have a landscaped lakeside path.
