Welcome to the Grand Caribbean 323 a beautiful 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Located directly across from the beach; the areas hottest new dining venue, CoastAL.

Guest Feedback: It was exactly as she said it would be. Everything we needed was there already. It was clean and right across the street from the beach access. Walgreens was right next door and Publix across the street.
To the right you have the ocean to the left you have the bayou, enjoyed getting to watch both sets of water and all the boats.
Great location.

About the unit: You have views of Cotton Bayou and the Gulf from the tiled balcony along with seating for 2 guests to enjoy morning coffee or evening breeze. The hallway has a ladder desk and chair and two built-in wall bunk beds suitable for children. The living room features a wall mounted Samsung 70" Smart TV, two convenient wall combination outlet extender charging blocks, sleeper sofa and a swivel recliner chair.

There is a fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances, full size washer and dryer and WiFi. The bathroom has a wall mounted hair dryer with a wall cabinet for storing your toiletries during your stay. The bedroom has custom made ceiling to floor blackout curtains for that afternoon power nap. The coastal nightstand lamps have dual USB ports and one AC outlet for convenient charging next to the cozy queen size bed. The bedroom has a high wall mounted Samsung 43" Smart TV for easy watching from bed. Grand Caribbean 323 comes with one assigned covered parking space under the complex.
