The open dining area offers seating for four at the table with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. Guest Access: Upon arrival, purchase parking passes from the guard shack. There is a limit of 1 vehicle per unit. You must be at least 25 to rent at Pelican Pointe. No parking of RV's, buses, trailers or watercraft onsite. The Neighborhood: Pelican Pointe has many great resort amenities including an indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, exercise room, BBQ area, and steam room/sauna. There is also a tennis/racquetball onsite. Take the boardwalk directly to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! Getting Around: Pelican Pointe is located 5.5 miles East of Hwy 59 in Orange Beach. The gulf-front condo is located in central downtown Orange Beach, offering numerous restaurants and entertaining attractions within walking distance. Less than two miles from the Alabama Gulf State Park. A short drive from area attractions including The Wharf, Fort Morgan, and OWA. CoastAL is a short 12 minute walk or 1/2 mile drive. Other Things to Note: ** Please note that the roof will be being replaced starting February 2023. It should be complete by the end of March 2023. ** The adjacent condominiums will begin performing renovations in 2023 ** Limit of 1 parking pass per unit and pass must be purchased on-site from the guard shack.
