This inviting Nashville escape offers a spacious yard where you can spend balmy summer days beneath the trees, modern amenities that include free WiFi and a flat screen cable TV, and a wonderful location within walking distance of Old Hickory Lake! Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information primarily intended for additional verification. Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). No pets allowed. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 8 PM CT to address your questions and concerns. For any food deliveries, shipt.com will deliver them all to you. The normal sleeping capacity is 2 but we allow up to a maximum of 3 guests per reservation. We charge an Additional Guest Fee of $15 per person per night for the 3rd guest and $40 for the 4th person. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. The Standard check-in time is at 3 PM Central. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM Central will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM Central. Late check-out requests are subject to availability. You'll be half a mile north of Blue Turtle Bay Marina, where you can rent boats and find access to boat ramps and slips, and Sam's Sports Grill, where you can dine at the water's edge. This home is also a short drive from the Grand Ole Opry (12 miles southwest) and Nashville's other famous attractions.
