The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a walk-in closet. It features an ensuite bathroom with his and hers sinks as well as a garden tub and a glass-enclosed tile shower. The two guest rooms share the second bathroom on the second level. Both bedrooms have a surfer theme. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other has a trundle bed that can either be two twin-sized beds or come together to become a king-sized bed. The bathroom has dual sinks and a separate room for the shower and the toilet. The lease of this home includes access to the community area, which includes a pool, firepit, and a picnic area. Parking includes 2 spots inside the attached garage. This home is typically leased for 30 or more days. Terms of lease may be flexible to accommodate the unique situations of our guests.
