Whether you're on vacation or have a trip, we believe a great place to stay is a half of the experience. Easy access from Badger road and just 5 mins away from the Santa Claus House. We have a single house in the woods on the private 1 acre yard. There is a playground in the backyard to entertain your kids. During the summer time we set a hammock and a porch swing. We have a cozy deck with a pellet BBQ grill. We did our best to equip the house with everything you may need for comfort and leisure: cozy blankets, board games, books, air hockey and video arcade games. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms. A full equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, Coffee brew, laundry room. Game room has a TV, a full size air hockey table and 2 Arcade machines! Two bedrooms equipped with TVs. The house has 3 Nest thermostats to control comfort temperature. ***For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. The one time insurance fee for stays 30-90 nights it will be an additional $750, 30-180 nights would be $1000, 30-270 nights would be $1250, and 30-364 nights would be $1500*** For reservations longer than 30 days, we charge a doubled cleaning fee due to the increased time and effort required for maintaining the property. This additional fee helps ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned after an extended stay.
