This property allows two vehicles: one in the driveway and one in the nearby overflow lot with provided parking passes—no garage access, and parking on the street or grass is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine.

No gas or charcoal grills permitted. Non-Smoking Units. No pets allowed. Minimum Age Requirement: 25 years or older.

The living room has a sofa and love seat so comfortable you will find it hard to leave! Enjoy your favorite movies on the flat screen TV or nestle down on the love seat with a good book. It's your choice. Adjoining the kitchen is the lovely dining room with seating for six. There is also a breakfast bar and another dining area with seating for four. The marvelous kitchen is complete with everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal and dine in. Better yet, dine on the covered, furnished lanai.

The master suite is simply striking with a beautiful king size bed, TV, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, walk in closet and private bath suite. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a dresser and flat screen TV. The third bedroom features a queen size bed, flat screen TV and a dresser. Another full bath serves the second and third bedrooms.
