The Ocean Bay Club is conveniently located just off Main Street on Ocean Blvd in the heart of it all in North Myrtle Beach! Some of the spectacular on-site amenities include oceanfront pool & sundeck, lazy river, indoor pool, & kiddie pool, an on-site fitness center and a covered parking garage. This first floor, 4 Bedroom / 3 Bath oceanfront condo features a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, DW, Washer & Dryer, 5 flat screen TV's, and an Oceanfront Balcony with access from the Living Room & Master Bedroom. Family attractions, golf & miniature golf, amusement park, water sports & fishing are all in close proximity to The Ocean Bay Club. We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 25. Property Manager, Inc cannot rent to teenage or college age groups, even if accompanied by an older chaperone. House party groups are NOT allowed. Should a house party attempt to occupy a property, they will be denied entrance or evicted, with no refund. Properties are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of the owner. Saturday to Saturday - Weekly Rentals Only. Trip Insurance available for additional fee. No Smoking or Vaping allowed in Unit, balcony, on either side of entrance door, in elevator, or in elevator lobby. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RV's allowed.
