Living Space As you enter, you’ll find plenty of closet space to the right, and to the left a bright and open living area. The living room is spacious with cozy seating, a large Smart TV, and bar stools that connect seamlessly to the kitchen. The kitchen itself is a cook’s dream, featuring a large island and stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for a crowd. A washer and dryer are free to use during your stay, and we’ve provided several laundry pods and dryer sheets to get you started. Bedrooms On the right side of the home the bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat for every guest. The master suite features a king-size bed with high-quality furniture, a walk-in closet, Smart TV, and a serene en-suite bathroom with tub, shower, and double vanity. Across the hall, the second bedroom offers a queen bed with its own walk-in closet and Smart TV. The third bedroom is perfect for families, with a bunk setup including two twins and one full, a large closet, and its own Smart TV. Each room comes with luxury linens, plush towels, and an extra throw blanket for added comfort.

Beach The first closet when you walk in is stocked with beach essentials, including several chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella with anchor, a beach mat, and a few other items. Fresh, clean beach towels are located in the living room closet. You are welcome to take everything to the beach, but please wipe off sand and shake out towels before returning them. Please use gently — but if something breaks, just let me know so I can replace it for the next guest. Checkout Before leaving, please place all used towels in a pile. There’s no need to wash them. All dishes should be washed or loaded into the dishwasher, and the dishwasher should be run before checkout. Please remove all food from the refrigerator and take out the trash. Location The location is unbeatable. Nestled in the center of Cherry Grove right off Highway 17, you’ll be just an 18-minute walk from Captain Archie’s, a beloved riverfront bar and restaurant, and only minutes from the beach, shops, and attractions. I have tried to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Please love and respect my place as if it were your own.
