A beautifully updated home in North Charleston centrally located just 8 minutes from the airport, shopping outlets, performing arts center and downtown Charleston! Wonderfully cozy 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom with a kitchen fully equipped for large gatherings, please enjoy the gourmet coffee for all guests and a spacious backyard. Roku TV has Guest Service to view all your favorite subscriptions. All bedding cleaned between bookings. Pack N Play available for your little one. In the front of the home are 2 guest bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two twin-size beds. Back of the home has a larger bedroom with a queen-size bed. Each of the two large couches in the living room could be used as a bed, as well. Access to all bedroom closets available to guests. There are two full bathrooms, each in front and back of the house. Laundry corner with washer and dryer next to the front bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine to brighten your day! The driveway and carport can fit 3 cars easily and the front of the property can fit another 2 cars. Guests may access the full property inside and outside, apart from a small owner's closet in the living room, kept locked. We live and work in Charleston-- we will not be at the premises during guest stays, but we can be reached easily and can come to the home when needed. A quiet and diverse neighborhood in an established part of North Charleston centrally located with nearby interstate access, shopping outlets, and airport. The property has a driveway and covered carport, which could fit 3 cars.
