Roomy Beachfront Apartment with Deck and Game Room

The beach is in your backyard at this historic beachfront multiplex! Located on Ocean View Beach near Virginia Beach, downtown Norfolk, ODU, CNU, Hampton Colosseum, and many other venues with easy access to I-64. This listing is for the main ground-floor unit with large back deck and 2 parking spots. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, and a game room with foosball table and classic arcade machine with hundreds of games. Smart TVs in every room, central heating and air, laundry room w/ washer and dryer, and all basic necessities for a perfect vacation. PETS: Only allowed with payment of the pet fee, must be housebroken and kept off furniture.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has two twin beds. There is a sectional couch in the living room. I will allow up to 6 guests to book, but you may need air mattresses for groups of more than 5.

Check in 4 PM, check out 10 AM. There is parking for 2 cars. The driveway is tight and has reserved spaces for each guest, so please do not attempt to park more than 2 vehicles. Early and late check ins are available for $75 each. The pet fee is $100 per animal.
