This rear vacation home is made up of an upstairs with 2 bedrooms, living area, a full kitchen and bathroom and a lower ground floor studio den with a queen bed and bathroom. The home has an open concept living space upstairs, with a large dining table, a family room that includes a flat screen Smart TV and the entire home has Wi-Fi. A galley-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, gas range, a traditional coffee maker, as well as a Keurig and everything you will need for cooking your meals.

The master bedroom includes a queen bed, ample closet space and natural light. The second bedroom is outfitted with 2 twin beds, additional closet space, and is perfect for families. Each room has ceiling fans, and windows can be opened to take advantage of the regular sea breeze on cooler days and at night. The downstairs studio is a den with a queen bed, en-suite bathroom, living area and a secluded outdoor patio with seating and a grill. Perfect for extended family.

There is a 1 car garage behind the ground level studio den, as well as a washer and dryer.

This cottage is close to the Balboa Ferry that can take you across the bay to the Fun Zone or the many pristine beaches along the Newport Peninsula. You can also walk down the path along the island beaches to Marine Avenue to grab a bite to eat or check out the local shops.
