This beach front back unit is the perfect spot for a vacation!Guest has access to the entire back unit loft space as well as the single car space off the alley. This quaint but fully furnished upper rear studio with a kitchenette is just steps away from the sand and the Newport Pier. Please note, this studio only rents with the front unit during the summer season. It's not available to rent on its own during the summer. There is a queen murphy bed and a full pull out sofa, a small kitchenette, bar seating for 2 and extra seating in the studio for meals when the murphy bed is up. One parking space is located behind house. Smaller vehicles are recommended. Due to the layout of this 2 unit home, the back studio unit unfortunately does not offer an outdoor area, no BBQ, no patio access, no laundry, no AC and no balcony. This unit is best rented with the front unit but perfect if you just need a place to stay. Just off the boardwalk, you're within easy reach of the best of Newport Beach. Start your mornings with a tranquil stroll or bike ride, then spend afternoons sunning and swimming. Newport Pier offers a spot to cast a line or watch the sun go down over Catalina. Come explore all the area has to offer!
