The master bedroom has a queen bed with an en suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have 2 twin beds and the last bedroom has a queen bed and another en suite bathroom. There is also a back living area with a small kitchenette with a sink and mini fridge as well as a pull out sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen with beautiful ocean views has all the amenities including a dishwasher and plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing and preparing food. The living area has a comfy couch and a flat screen TV. The open living area of the kitchen and living room have a dining table to seat the whole crew as well as a smaller table on the deck and a BBQ for outdoor meals. There are 2 tandem parking spots to the left of the garage. One underneath the stairwell carport and the other behind on the driveway labeled #2. There is a shared coin op washer and dryer access in the garage. Balboa Village is just a block away. Here you can peruse the shops, restaurants, bars, and the Fun Zone. Take in the views off of the Balboa Pier, rent a bike or a kayak, or go whale watching or deep sea fishing from the many boats that leave the Balboa harbor daily. SLP#12812 Balboa Village is a quaint, small beach town consisting of only 3 small blocks adjacent to the Balboa Pier. Here you can peruse the shops, restaurants, bars, and famous Balboa FUN Zone.
