An L-shaped, open-concept dining and living area comprises the main floor. Slide open the wall-sized glass doors to the courtyard to create a lovely indoor/outdoor space. The living area's flat-screen TV, fireplace and several comfy sofas are perfect for post-beach relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes gourmet appliances like a Subzero fridge and Viking range, as well as gorgeous white marble countertops. The dining table seats six and the marble center island is roomy and can seat four on bar stools for extra seating. Outside in the courtyard is the four-person dining table and loveseats with a coffee table in the courtyard. A heavy duty washer and dryer is located in the ground floor laundry room. Choose from five lovely bedrooms. The stunning oceanfront master suite includes a private balcony, fireplace, and a spa-like attached bath with a soaking tub, waterfall shower, dual-sink marble vanity, separate water closet and a walk-in closet for stowing your luggage out of sight. The home features a ground floor bedroom with adjacent full bath for convenience as well as a half bath just off the kitchen. Younger guests will love the bunk room with a "secret hideaway" play place with beanbag chairs and toys, accessed through a kid-sized door. The homes outdoor spaces accent the homes interior space: from the beachfront patio with lounge chairs to the stone courtyard draped in greenery. Extra perks include parking for three or four cars in the garage and an outdoor shower. The beach is your front yard at this well-located vacation rental!
