Say hello to your Balboa Peninsula house in Newport Beach. Sip on some OJ as you keep cool under the umbrella in your backyard. Watch the paddle boarders try and stay afloat out in the ocean. Pack a towel and pick a spot (in front of your home perhaps) and tan and swim all day at Balboa Beach. Grab some lunch at one of the many restaurants in walking distance like the Balboa Pavilion, where you can even rent a boat! Get adventurous and hike some trails at Crystal Cove Park. Or go for a long relaxing walk on the peninsula during sunset. Fire up the BBQ on your patio and sip some wine as the stars dance amongst the night sky. Parking Details: Can fit up to 6 cars. Please note that this home does not have AC. All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities. As our guests, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and the community by adhering to our house rules, keeping all outside noise to a minimum, and following shelter-in-place guidelines. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols while stockpiling reserves for all supplies in accordance with suggested practices from US and global health authorities. We're taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions and our team of professionals is working around the clock to ensure that we are over-prepared for any guest concerns that may arise. Our staff is also equipped with protective gear to maintain the safety of all parties. We are closely monitoring all guidelines and communications from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and regional & national health authorities to update our best practices as the situation evolves. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice.
