Guest Access: This three-story apartment is the penthouse unit of a 3 unit residential building. This home as access to a keyed elevator, video intercom system, and private entry to the unit in the secured building corridor. The Neighborhood: Located in the heart of Hell's Kitchen, this duplex is a short distance from the hub of the Broadway Theater District, with a variety of dining and transportation nearby. The block is lined with townhomes, trees and cultural icons, including the Actor's Studio. Getting Around: Public street parking is available on a first come basis. Other Things to Note: Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $300 fee. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
