The house has a large, open yard, with ample parking for several cars or boat trailer or moderately sized RV. It includes two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed, closet and full bath; a large, open living area with ample seating for family and friends to gather and relax comfortably with a smart TV. Large open kitchen that seats up to four people. A front entry room can also act as a work from home office or reading nook, or the perfect spot for your pet to watch the people and traffic go by. The back deck sits six to eight people at the table, with other seating for relaxing mornings and evenings. Sims Park, which is located directly across the street, is the quintessential all-American park: from picnics, weddings, yoga classes, fishing, dog walkers, and toddlers running through the splash pad, its a wonderful spot all year round. By day its an incredible place to get your miles in and by night the ponds promenade is lit up for strolls or one of the many spring and summer concerts and festivals, literally at your front door (find an extensive 2024 Sims Park events list online).
