More Details
The neighborhood is very safe, and easy to walk around in. There will be a Trader Joes opening up a few blocks away towards the end of the year. Street parking is always available, and the house has a security camera out front as well. Located less then a mile from the St. Charles streetcar, as well as the popular Magazine street area, full of great local shops and restaurants. Pets are allowed with an additional security deposit. The backyard is shared with the owner, and her incredibly sweet French Bulldog, but I am often working out of the state for long periods, so then you would have the whole yard to yourself.
