Nestled in the heart of the Colorado mountains, this cozy and rustic 3-story vacation rental is the perfect retreat for nature lovers seeking a peaceful escape. As you enter through the ground floor door, conveniently located next to the garage, you’ll immediately feel the warmth of the home. Ascending the stairs to the main floor, the inviting living room welcomes you with a large flat-screen TV offering cable access for your entertainment. A sliding glass door opens to a balcony that frames stunning views of the surrounding mountains and lush trees, providing a perfect spot to soak in the natural beauty.
The home has off-street parking up the straight driveway and up to the house, which is off the main road. We recommend a max. of 3 vehicles - 1 car can park in the garage and 2 cars can park perpendicular and to the right, at the top of the driveway. (Parking to the right and perpendicular allows for proper snow plowing during winter months). It's recommended to have AWD/4WD vehicles during winter months. This home is a pet-friendly home and allows up to 2 pets per stay.

Adjacent to the living area, the fully equipped kitchen and dining space are ready for home-cooked meals or casual gatherings. Down the hall, a laundry room and a bathroom add convenience. At the end of the hall, a first bedroom awaits, with a queen-sized bed, office space and access to the fenced backyard, allowing guests to enjoy fresh mountain air just steps from the home.

The upper level is a serene retreat. A spacious second bedroom features a queen bed, private balcony, and a wood-burning stove, perfect for cozy evenings. Its ensuite bathroom adds comfort and privacy. Down the hall, a quiet reading nook provides a peaceful escape with another 3/4 bathroom right around the corner, and the third bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a day bed completes the sleeping accommodations.
