Sleeping arrangements:
On the main floor, you will find a half bath bedroom #1 with a Queen and attached full bath. On the top floor, bedroom #2 is a spacious Gulf facing master suite with a King-size bed, large bathroom includes 2 vanities, large custom glass enclosure shower, tub, sliding doors open to third floor sun deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Bedroom #3 has a King bed with smart TV, Bedroom #4 is a bunk room with a Full-over-Full bunk bed with pull out single-size trundle bed (sleeps 5 children under 13). There is a full bathroom off of the hallway.

Amenities:
On the ground floor you find an Entertainment with TV, foosball table and seating. Also on the ground level is back patio area with a charcoal grill and additional seating. Complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, rafts and beach wagon. Kayak, paddleboard, 2-adult bikes (upon request, $500 refundable deposit required).

Parking:
Maximum 3 vehicles (2 vehicles in the garage and 1 in front of unit)
