Upstairs features two large bedrooms, King Master Suite with private attached bathroom, walk-in shower, walkout balcony with views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, flat screen tv. Queen Guest bedroom has two comfortable queen beds, flat screen tv and attached full bathroom with tub/ shower combo.

Our gulf front patios over looks the white sands of Beachviews private community beach. Relaxing ocean salt-water, perfect for long walks on the beach or lounging with a favorite book. Children big and little will love searching for hermit crabs and collecting seashells. You can sit on the patio for a cool evening drink and enjoy the beautiful sunset and watch the dolphins swim with the tide and the sailboats move up and down the seashore.

Pensacola Beach is just a short 15-minute drive away from the townhouse. Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy a day swimming and playing in the Gulf of Mexico. The main beach area has restrooms, picnic pavilions, and lifeguards on duty during the day.

There are plenty of activities for teens, families and couples. Local activities include: Swimming, fishing, moonlight strolls and summer concerts on Navarre Beach. The Naval Aviation Museum, dolphin cruises, turtle center,go-carting, putt putt golfing and don’t forget the Lighthouse Tour. Great golfing can be found just across the main land at Hidden Creek Golf course. Single car garage has refrigerator, 2-adult bikes, community grill area near tennis courts.

Our townhouse can accommodate three cars. One in garage to in driveway. Sorry no additional parking spaces are available. The Beachview Homeowners Association does not allow Motorhomes, jet skis or trailers of any kind to be parked within the community! Parking on the street or grass areas is prohibited.
