Bay Side Retreat

Bay Side Retreat is a stunning four-bedroom, four and a half-bath home, located in gated community. Only a short walk or bike ride to the calm sound waters of the Gulf or a three block walk to the Gulf of Mexico's famous emerald green waters. This upscale-home offers luxurious wood flooring and granite for your perfect beach vacation setting. Bay Side Retreat sleeps twelve guests comfortably, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, queen-sized beds in two of the guest bedrooms, two sets twin/queen bunk beds with XL twin beds on top and Queen beds on bottom in the additional guest bedroom. No sofa sleeper

Dogs allowed (requires approval) - up to 2 dogs, under 50 lbs each with a $200 per dog cleaning fee.

You will fall in love with the soft beach décor and inviting gourmet kitchen. Upon entering, you will be welcomed with the first floor fully-equipped kitchen displaying granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, along with plenty of storage space and all equipment needed to enjoy your own meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, providing plenty of room to spread out. The living room features matching furnishings along with a smart tv. The guest half bath is accessible from the hallway directly off living room. Master includes king-sized bed along with tv.

Venture to the second floor where there is a washer and dryer combination. You will also find two guest bedrooms including queen-sized beds with private bathrooms. Additional bedroom and a shared bathroom features two twin and two full bunks.

Bay Side Retreat offers many on-site amenities. Enjoy the two decks offering outdoor seating for sunset or sunrise gazing. Experience ultimate relaxation at the community private sound beach, swim in the crystal clear community swimming pool (not heated) or simply relax in the community hot tubs bubbly waters. Located at the main entrance of this beautiful gated community. There is also an outdoor shower for added convenience along with large picnic table for family enjoyment.

Enjoy the longest Gulf of Mexico Fishing pier, just a short bike ride or drive. Or spend the day enjoying the local watersports rentals jet skiing, motor boat, wind surfing, and more. The scenic bike path can now take you through the Gulf Islands National Seashore to Pensacola Beach.

2 adult Bikes, kayak and paddle board included with reservation just requires $500 refundable deposit. 4 & 6 seater Golf Carts available for rent. Pac n Play available upon request.
