Our Germantown property is a beautifully designed, modern gem in one of those neighborhoods that’s a well-kept secret among its residents. Close enough to the action but just far enough away for a restful night’s sleep. Award-winning restaurants, coffee houses, and micropubs are a short walk or Uber ride away. Our fully-appointed kitchens are perfect for cooking a delicious meal before heading out on the town in Music City -- or order in and curl up with some Netflix in front of our smart TVs on our big, indulgent sofa beds. So many options and the perfect place to choose today’s adventure! The Space: 🚫 Important Notice Regarding the Gate 🚫 The property gate shown in the photos is currently not operational and will remain open at all times until further notice. Guests should be aware that the gate cannot be closed or locked during this period. We kindly ask that you plan accordingly and take this into consideration when making travel or parking arrangements, as access to the property will not be restricted by the gate. Repairs are already being scheduled, and we are actively working to restore the gate to full functionality. While the gate is not currently in use, please note that the Germantown neighborhood is generally considered a safe and welcoming area. In addition, all other safety and security features of the home remain fully functional, providing peace of mind during your stay. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this necessary maintenance. Should you chose to use Uber, we would recommend downloading the app and you will be able to use this to call for the Uber once you have picked up your luggage from the airport. The estimate cost for each brand of Uber varies but starts at approximately $25. Other Things to Note: | Other Things to Note Before Booking | | Same-Day Bookings | We work hard to make our homes available for same day booking for those guests in need. With that said, we require a 2-hour processing time from the point that your pre-arrival form is completed, to process and approve it, and provide access details. We ask that guests that are booking same day refrain from arriving before completing the pre-arrival form and confirmation that their reservation has been approved for check-in. | Locals | Due to restrictions placed on us by our landlord and as a condition pertaining to our ability to host, we are unable to accept reservations from guests local to the area (within 60 miles of the listing's city). By booking, you hereby accept and agree to this condition and that you'll be required to show proof of residency. Any reservation which does not comply with this restriction will be subject to cancellation.
