On the 2nd floor from the living room there are 2 bedrooms, a loft, and a bathroom. In the lower floor from the living room there a large bedroom with a bathroom. Laundry and direct access to the backyard are also on this floor. Finally, there is a large loft /game room on another 2nd level. This area is accessed from a staircase at the main entry of the house. The inside of the house is great, but the outside is even better!! The large yard with a fire pit is great for summer nights. The main attraction is direct access to Brandy Pond!! The swimming is great with shallow entry and sandy bottom. A nice new dock is great for boaters and a great place to take in a stunning sunrise.
