OCCUPANCY LIMIT 10. This 3-bedroom 2 bath home is close to Sebago State Park Beach. Canoe/paddles with four unisex life jackets are available to use. You can also easily launch the canoe or your boat at the free boat ramp. Easy boating access to Sebago Lake, Songo River, Brandy Pond, Naples Causeway and Long Lake. It is an easy paddle to the Sandbar. There is also a large yard with a fire pit, swing set, and large deck. 1 bedroom on the 1st floor with a Queen Bed. 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a double and a twin over and double, the other has a twin. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room. A Pak and Play is also available. Both full baths are on the 1st floor. Washer and dryer on the 1st floor. Plus, AC window units are on the 1st and 2nd floor. Hiking trails at the State Park are a bonus. Also, proximity to Naples, North Conway, and Portland gives you plenty of things to do during your trip. Moose Landing and Point Sebago are part of the Freedom Boat Club which is very close to the property. You can also stay home and enjoy the indoor/outdoor games including a cornhole set and the outdoor hammock. Pet Free home.
