Second floor has three additional bedrooms, full bath w/custom shower, plus an additional bonus room with pool table, TV and additional sleeping. Great place for the kids to hang out in the evenings. Lovely outdoor pavilion on water side. Cleaning fee. Please abide by occupancy/guest/parking limits! (See below for location map) THE SANDBAR CAN GET BUSY WITH BOAT TRAFFIC. MORE SO ON THE WEEKENDS.
Waterfront/Lot Description: Level lot with short retaining wall at shore. Nice sandy beach with sand bar and open water beyond. Size of beach depends on the level of the lake. Dock and mooring. Maximum parking limit of 4 cars.
