This spacious efficiency ocean view condominium at the Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort is located in the most desirable and central location of Myrtle Beach. This 6th floor unit has a lovely view with two queen beds, a small refrigerator, coffee maker and TV. Located on the 6th floor, you can park your car in the covered parking garage and walk directly to your condo without having to wait for an elevator! Plus, the Grand Atlantic is one of very few oceanfront resorts that offers enclosed hallway access to each unit---during the winter months, you can leave your condo, take an elevator to the bottom floor and access the beautiful indoor pool, indoor kiddie pool, indoor lazy river, indoor hot tub and the fitness center without ever stepping foot outdoors!

*This condo has one parking pass issued by the resort. No other passes are available either from us or the Grand Atlantic Resort.*

Grand Atlantic is a great resort for year round vacationing. The resort's amenities include a beautiful indoor heated swimming pool, 170 foot indoor heated lazy river with rafts, and a large indoor heated kiddie pool with mushroom waterfall and bubbling fountains. Outside, the resort boasts a 65' outdoor pool and another kiddie pool with mushroom waterfalls. Chaise lounges surround the outdoor pools, and a well-kept lawn area with chaise lounges provides additional space for sunning! The resort also offers a mini mart and a fitness center.

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.

House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.
