**DIRECT BEACH ACCESS** The Amazing, Oceanfront Views of the Atlantic Ocean from the two balconies our three-bedroom
condos have to offer are Priceless! These condos come with a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare
meals when you don’t feel like venturing out on the town to try one of our local restaurants. The large
living area boasts views for miles and provides seating for all guests to enjoy time together while on
vacation. The oceanfront bedroom has a balcony with seating, features a King Bed and offers a full
bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed in each room
and share a NEWLY REMODELED full bathroom with a Walkin shower with handicap rail along the hallway. There is a half bathroom
located in the main hallway, as well as a washer and dryer for your laundering needs. Additional
sleeping arrangements include two sleeper sofas in the living room. The living area and bedrooms all have flat
screen TVs for your viewing pleasure. These living spaces are set up to be a home away from home
while enjoying the Beach!

Water’s Edge Resort is the Perfect Vacation Spot for all Ages. The views are Gorgeous from Every
Oceanfront Balcony. There is a spacious pool deck for sunbathing under the tropical palm trees, an
outdoor pool to take a dip, and an outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is
also an indoor pool and fitness area on the lower level. The Rising Tides Bar located onsite features
Trivia and Karaoke nights for guests to enjoy as well. Don’t forget to speak with the front desk about
renting out our beach games to play while on the beach!

Garden City, SC is a Wonderful Place to Visit! There is shopping, entertainment, dining, and attractions
located just minutes from Water’s Edge Resort. The Garden City Fishing Pier is located only a half a mile
down the Strand where you can fish, win a prize at the arcade, or grab a bite to eat at the grill. The nearby cities of Myrtle Beach and Charleston also feature all kinds of activities. There is Always Fun for ALL that Visit!!!

**No Daily Housekeeping – We provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bathmats, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, and a dishwashing packet**
**Three-Bedroom Condos are allowed 2 Parking Passes**
**Motorcycles are Allowed**
**No Golf Carts and No Trailers are allowed in the garage area**
**Garage has a 6’9 – 6’7 (ramps) Clearance**
**NO PETS ALLOWED**
**This is a Non-Smoking Condo! Designated Smoking areas are located on the beach, outside the
resort, or in the parking garage area. NO Smoking is Allowed on the Balcony nor in the Condo**
