New FURNISHED cozy mountain hideaway located among frolicking deer in desirable Tarheel subdivision only 10 minutes from the Historic and quaint town of Murphy, NC near the Murphy Casino and situated perfectly between enjoying the Ocoee River and the Nantahala River for many activities as well as for business. The area boasts fabulous hiking(Checkout the Murphy River Walk & canoe trails), fishing & boating(Rentals available on the Hiawassee River 5 minutes away) and only 1.5 hours away from the Smokey Mountain Parkway. Lease duration is FLEXIBLE and available starting January 27. The property is perfect with an indoor stove fireplace, a huge fireplace outside, roaming deer and birds. In addition to the two bedroom, the property also has a combination daybed with full and twin mattresses along with being an entertainment room. House has two outdoor balconies in a quiet neighborhood in a lush woods setting, but yet close to the downtown which has a quaint Theatre, great restaurants, shops and local craft brewery. The town also offers a pickle ball league and Fitness Center with a 25 meter pool. The small town feel with big town amenities e.g. Lowe's, Wal-mart, groceries, etc. Don't forget that the Murphy Art Walk happens on the first Friday of every month and Harrah's Cherokee River Casino is only 15 minutes away. Lots to do and enjoy, but also great for the relaxing property that has everything you need. Note Property will be available January 4. No Smoking allowed on property site. Rental is flexible to weekly, monthly or 5 months, tenant is responsible for maintaining condition of property and paying for electric and trash on the monthly or more term rental. Owner can provide tenant with information to set up trash service or can simply deliver to close proximity convenience center. If short term, weekly/owner will pay utilities.
