The unit overlooks the lush forest and is a short walk away from the Phase I swimming pool, the East Cove Conference Center , the East Cove Park (for private events) and Turtle Cove Spa. Beautiful stone and cedar construction. This is the bottom right unit of a four-plex. Very limited parking in front of condo; additional parking available near unit.

The Harbor East P.O.A. limits the occupancy in this unit to six persons and prohibits the parking of boat trailers in front of any condominium.

This is a non-smoking unit and is pet friendly. Pets are an additional $17.50 per night.

The rate on this unit is based on four occupants. Any additional occupants over the age of 12 are $10 each per night each.
