Upstairs, the luxurious primary suite features a king-sized bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and a relaxing soaker tub with scenic views. A second queen bedroom upstairs offers additional comfort and privacy. Downstairs, you’ll find three more bedrooms, including two with queen beds and one with a twin trundle—perfect for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Other things to note
• Spiral staircase to the basement is small and narrow
• Separate basement entrance available on the right side of the home
• Security cameras are located at the front door, backyard (positioned away from guest areas), and near the garage; all cameras are turned off during guest stays
• Seven days prior to your check-in date, you will receive an email with important details for your stay. Two hours before arrival, a text message will be sent with the property address and your smart lock door code.
Good Neighbor House Rules
Our goal is to make this a wonderful and memorable vacation for you. Please review the Good Neighbor sign posted in the guest directory for details.
• Sound – quiet hours 10pm to 8am unless posted differently in the home.
• Trash – keep trash in containers provided, all trash must be placed in provided bags prior to placing in the outdoor garbage containers.
• Smoking – no smoking of any tobacco or marijuana inside the home, please dispose of all butts outside in appropriate trash containers.

Pet Specific Rules (only for those properties that are advertised as pet friendly)
We love our furry friends, however; they have rules just like we do. If extra cleaning is necessary due to rule violations, an additional fee will be applied.
• Keep pets off furniture and beds.
• Exercise pets outside. The neighbors do not appreciate visits from our four-legged friends so please take extra care to keep a close eye on them.
• Do not leave pets unattended, if you must leave them at home alone, they must be kenneled.
• Please clean up after your furry friend before leaving. Small trash bags are provided.
