For snowy adventures, hit the slopes of Powderhorn on the Grand Mesa, Crested Butte, or Telluride via the famous Lizard Head Pass. Explore challenging summer hikes at Black Canyon or enjoy fall colors on a lift in Telluride. Whether relaxing in the Hot Springs of Ouray or shopping in downtown Montrose, this home is your perfect base for all your recreation desires!Centrally located in the city of Montrose. Upon entry, you are welcomed by a homey-feeling living room with a smart tv, comfy recliners, and fun hobby decor. As you venture further in, there is a large, spacious kitchen with every amenity you will need including a full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and many other appliances.  Sit down at the bar counter or at the dining table to catch up with friends or a play a game. Down the hallway you will find three bedrooms, the first bedroom to the right is set with 2 twin beds. Further down the hall you find the master bedroom with a queen bed and an attached private bathroom. To the left you see the full shared bathroom and the 3rd bedroom with a queen bed, desk and great view of the nicely landscaped, fenced backyard. The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer. The home also has a two-car garage for guest vehicles and storage. Sit and enjoy the covered patio in back. The patio includes patio furniture and a charcoal BBQ grill. There is also a spacious back yard for your furry friend. This is truly home away from home.

Sound-quiet hours 10pm to 8am
Parking-parking limited to 3 vehicles
Trash-keep garbage and trash in containers provided, all trash must be placed in bags prior to placing in the outdoor garbage container
Smoking-no smoking of any tobacco or marijuana inside the home
Pets-keep pets off furniture and beds, exercise pets outside, do not leave pets unattended, and clean up after your pet.
Departure Requirement-checkout time is 10am, prior to leaving please load and run dishwasher, close and lock all doors and windows, no need to make beds, place used towels on the bathroom floor, check all drawers and closets for personal items, return furniture to original location, turn off all interior and exterior lights, throw out all food in refrigerator, take out all trash and place in trash container.
