The serene landscape and remote countryside will usher you into serenity. You will connect with nature and yet be close to many day trip destinations. Adventures await including ATV trails, fly fishing on the world-renowned Gunnison and Uncompahgre Rivers, hitting the slopes of Telluride, hunting the surrounding mountains, visiting Black Canyon of the Gunnison or soaking in the Hot Springs of Ouray.  No matter the season, this home is the perfect base location for all your recreation desires! As you enter, the log cabin design with take your breath away. The open room concept will greet you with warm and relaxation.  The fully stocked kitchen is to the left with a full refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Enjoy your mornings with a cup of coffee from the coffee bar. Next to the kitchen is a beautiful log staircase up to our master suite loft with king bed and large flat screen TV. Past the staircase, you can relax and visit in the cozy living room area, complete with a smart TV and comfortable couches that transform into a full-sized bed. To your left lies another love seat that pulls out to a twin bed. In the right corner, you are greeted with an oversized chair and ottoman, the perfect place to catch up on some reading. Nestled at the far end of the home is a wood burning stove to complete the full cabin experience. The laundry area boasts a stacking washer and dryer set, alongside a fully equipped bathroom. The home is completed with an oversized two car garage for vehicles and outdoor toys. Bringing your furry friends, you will love the doggie door that leads straight into an outside kennel.

Sound-quiet hours 10pm to 8am
Parking-parking limited to 5 vehicles
Trash-keep garbage and trash in containers provided, all trash must be placed in bags prior to placing in the outdoor garbage container
Smoking-no smoking of any tobacco or marijuana inside the home
Pets-keep pets off furniture and beds, exercise pets outside, do not leave pets unattended, and clean up after your pet.
Departure Requirement-checkout time is 10am, prior to leaving please load and run dishwasher, close and lock all doors and windows, no need to make beds, place used towels on the bathroom floor, check all drawers and closets for personal items, return furniture to original location, turn off all interior and exterior lights, throw out all food in refrigerator, take out all trash and place in trash container.
