Open and bright home with amazing lake views from almost every room. Large front porch that is partially covered and our deck is right next to your parking space. We also are wired for EV charging! This one story home is perfect for those that may have mobility issues. Dog Friendly too with an enclosed private, grassy side yard for Fido. The entire home is tile so it's cool on their belly too. This rental is for the entire house. The living room has a large sectional couch, and day bed for extra seating. 55 inch wall mounted Smart TV in living room. 48' in Roku TVs in the Primary bedroom and the “kids/2nd master” room has a 32 in Smart Samsung. The Primary bedroom also has an en-suite with a walk in shower and a full bathtub/shower combo in the hall next to the secondary bedrooms. First guest bedroom has a queen sized Murphy wall bed so this allows you extra space for exercise or adding a desk by the lakeview window if you need a home office. The secondary guest bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds and 2 twin beds. Perfecting for hosting the grandkids or friends for a weekend visit. Our home is located in a small cul-de-sac in the guard gated April Sound Community.
