Welcome to 1127 Flying Dutchman! This impeccably remodeled, second story condo features tasteful finishes and overlooks the pool! With two bedrooms and two full baths, this two story condo is the perfect place to escape to the mountains! The main living area features a great open floor plan and vaulted ceilings. There is a dining area with a nice table and seating for six people! The kitchen has been completely re-done with modern cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. There are two comfy couches perched in front of the stone-wrapped gas fireplace in the living room. The living room also has a great flat screen TV, and a shelf full of movies and games! Off the living room is a wide patio with a BBQ grill and a nice bistro set overlooking the pool. Under the spiral staircase to the second level of the home is a nice nook for dropping coats, helmets and ski boots.
There is one bedroom on the main level with a king bed, TV and decent closet space. The bathroom has also been extensively remodeled and features granite counter tops and a tub/shower combo. The second story bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a stall shower and features cute ski decorations. Complete with a semi-private work space with a spot to dock your laptop, this bedroom also has vaulted ceilings and features a king bed! There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests.
Aside from the incredible amenities in the condo, you'll love Flying Dutchman for its value and convenience. The outdoor pool is open year-round and there's a large indoor hot tub too! The complex also has a sauna and laundry room. The free Keystone shuttle bus picks up right at this property every 15 minutes to take you to the slopes! If you would rather drive, it would only be about a 5 minute drive to River Run or Mountain House base area.

OUR ADVANTAGE: All Properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

We cannot provide more parking than the listing states. There is no additional free parking at Keystone Resort. Additional vehicles must be parked in one of the paid overflow lots. Any oversized vehicle must be parked in a paid overflow lot as well.
Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS BE PARKED AT THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY OR IN ANY OF KEYSTONE'S OVERFLOW LOTS. DO NOT BRING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.
