Located just 10 minutes from downtown. 15 minute drive from Arches National Park. Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park are only a 30 minute drive from the front door. Moab Golf Course is only 2 miles away or enjoy a dip in Kens Lake within a 5 mile drive. The communal pool is closing for the season on September 30, 2024 for major renovation. It will not open for the 2025 season until April 12, 2025 providing there are not delays in the work. Located 5 miles from downtown Moab. We suggest having your own vehicle or renting from Canyonlands Jeep Adventures, or Enterprise. The address listed is for the whole condo complex. This unit is located on Cold Springs Drive within the Rim Village complex and is the second building from the end on the left.
