Pool, Hot tub, Tennis courts, Basketball and kids play area. Guests will have access to the full condo as well as the 2-car garage. The pool and hot tub are for the community. The unit has keyless entry. The code will be sent to you three days prior to arrival. The entry code is only valid from check-in time on the day of arrival until the check out time on the day of departure. We are available by phone, text, or message for anything you may need before or during your stay. This is a well known safe neighborhood. March 27th-June 6th 10am-9pm June 7th-prior to Labor Day….closed due to installation of new hot tub Currently waiting for the contractor to confirm dates. Hot tub could be closed June 7th-Aug. 23rd. Dates could change due to how fast/slow hot tub installation goes. Will keep you updated. Aug. 23rd (If back open by then) – Oct. 25th 10am-9pm Oct. 26th-Jan. 3, 2027 1pm-9pm 2026 POOL Schedule: Opening Date: Friday March 27th weather permitting Pools closed June 7-16th- during hot tub tear out June 17th (if all goes well)- back open 10am-9pm Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday Oct. 25th Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open **Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees. Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to inclement weather. Please advise friends/family/renters to shower before entering pool/hot tub. People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals. The community pool and hot tub are controlled by the HOA. We can not guarantee hours or operation. Located 5 miles from downtown Moab. We suggest having your own vehicle or renting from Canyonlands Jeep Adventures, or Enterprise.
