Pool, Hot tub, Tennis courts, Basketball and kids play area. Guests will have access to the full condo as well as the 2-car garage. The pool and hot tub are for the community. The unit has keyless entry. The code will be sent to you three days prior to arrival. The entry code is only valid from check-in time on the day of arrival until the check out time on the day of departure. We are available by phone, text, or message for anything you may need before or during your stay. This is a well known safe neighborhood. Parking isn't a problem for those who bring trailers in. 2024 Pool & Hot Tub Schedule: Hot Tub Schedule: *Hot tub will close for the season on Tuesday Jan. 2nd, 2024 OPEN Feb. 16tth-March 21st: 1pm-9pm. March 22nd- Oct. 21st 10am-9pm ***The HOA is closing the hot tub for repainting July 28th - August 5th Oct. 22nd-Jan. 2, 2025- 1pm-9pm *Hot tub is closed Jan. 3-Feb. 15th 2024 POOL Schedule: Opening Date: Friday March 22nd (weather permitting) Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday Oct. 21st Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open **Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees. Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to in-climate weather. Please advise friends/family/renters to shower before entering pool/hot tub. People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals. Located 5 miles from downtown Moab. We suggest having your own vehicle or renting from Canyonlands Jeep Adventures, or Enterprise.
