Spacious 2 Bedroom 2 Bath corner unit faces east on the 8th floor of Edgewater Beach Condo complex that provides you with everything you need for a stress-free getaway! The property has plenty of parking in and outside the garage and is gated. The unit has a well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops, up to date appliances, plenty of cookware and dishware for a meal cooked at your home away from home! Kitchen includes a keurig and regular drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and access to the balcony. Watch the sunrise from bed! The second bedroom has a queen bed and attached guest bathroom. Large living room has a dining table big enough for everyone, living room with sofa sleeper and another breathtaking view of the water!

Edgewater is in one of the best locations for a walkable or Uber friendly vacation! You can walk to the Silver Sands
Outlet Mall, Winn Dixie, Chick fil A, Starbucks, Surf Hut Beachside Restuarant, Outcast Seafood, and many other places for shopping, dining, and fun, also within walking distance to the Surf Hut Beachside restaurant, Winn-Dixie, and Starbucks! If you are driving, you're only minutes from 30A and Destin.

If staying around the property and relaxing is more your vibe, there is plenty to do there as well! Spend the day on the white beaches looking at and listening to the clearest blue waves. You can rent chairs and an umbrella directly from the on-site Beach Service vendor from March to October at the daily or weekly rate. There is an incredible gulf side pool with a waterfall that is heated during the cooler months (per the discretion of the HOA). Edgewater also offers a heated adult whirlpool spa. Edgewater also provides a shuffleboard court, basketball court, and children's playground. Get in a workout at the gym on the property before you start your daily adventures!
