Cleaning fee of $250 applies if the unit is not left in pristine condition. Optional underground parking is available for $150 per month. Pets are welcome (dogs or cats) with a one-time $150 fee; maximum two pets, no weight limit. Minimum stay 6 months. A minimum 2-day notice is required for booking. No additional guest fees. Applicants must pass a background and credit check and provide proof of employment/income, government ID and renter’s insurance.
