This spectacular studio is set in the Opera Tower condominum, right in the hottest neighborhood of Downtown Miami, a place where old and new worlds collide. It is home to major historic buildings, museums and libraries. Its famous landmark is certainly the iconic Flagler street, trendy residential and shopping area, however, both tourists and locals seem to adore Bayside Marketplace, an outdoor shopping mall overlooking Biscayne Bay and Brickell village with its upscale bars and restaurants. This 24th floor studio amazes with its elegance and heart-stirring Bay view. The furnishing was carefully picked only to match the stylish design of the studio. ROOM The queen bed dominates the space near the floor-to-ceiling glass doors. TV unit is across just to make your watching more comfortable. When you slide the door open, enter the balcony and absorb the amazing view to the Bay. If you wish for more comfort, rest yourself on a chic leather couch next to your bed. KITCHEN The dining table for two is conveniently placed near the kitchen. The Italian style kitchen, with solid wood doors and granite countertop offers a two-burner stove, a microwave, a toaster and a fridge, in addition to this it has all the kitchen essentials for pleasant cooking. BATHROOM On the right of the kitchen, there is a small but elegant bathroom, containing all the bathroom necessities you may need- towels, soap and toilet paper. It features a large tub, wall-to-wall decorative mirror, marble tops and enough ample space for your bathroom essentials. Opera Tower residents enjoy a large pool, the fully-equipped gym, a whirlpool spa, tennis courts and a bay view restaurant. It also features a variety of lobby shops and 24-hour security. It is also a short distance from Wynwood, an upcoming artistic district. Not only is it popular for its location but also for its breathtaking view to Margaret Pace park and Biscayne Bay. HOUSE RULES: * Please keep in mind that the accommodations of which Cozy provides are not hotels, but our home. Certain things you would expect from a hotel like 24-hour room service, fresh linen and room cleaning every day services are not available. THE POOL IS CLOSED AT THE MOMENT. As soon it is open again, we will update this information. PLEASE READ THEM ALL: BOOKING RULES After you reserve the apartment you will receive a registration link that we need you to fill out prior to arrival. 21 years of age and older to book, no exceptions as these are building requirements. OCCUPANCY RULES Absolutely NO Exceptions, please make sure your amount of guests reflects the building requirements. Absolutely NO unregistered guest access to unit or building. Abide and follow Rules, Terms and Conditions. Book the correct number of guests staying. Any intentional misinformation on the reservation form will result to your stay being terminated without refund. PARKING We can grant one designated parking spot for you in case you need it. Please park your car in that designated parking spot, otherwise your vehicle will be towed at your expense. MAKING NOISE Do not gather or hang out in front of the apartment. Keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the neighbors, especially after 9pm. Any kind of parties, gatherings, unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. If there is even a slight complaint from the neighbors or building management, you will be asked to leave the apartment immediately and no refund will be issued. NO SMOKING Please DO NOT SMOKE inside the apartment. If we suspect that guests smoked inside the apartment we will charge deep clean up fee of $500. HYGIENE Do not throw anything but the toilet paper inside the toilet bowl!! Failure to abide the rule will result in clogging of the toilet and fee 400$ for emergency plumber.
