You'll find a variety of food trucks and art & crafts vendors. Design district is a short walk from the apartment, when you are done with your shopping therapy, visit the impressive ICA museum. BOOKING RULES After you reserve the apartment you have to upload photos of ALL adults (16 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents have to be legible. 21 years of age and older to book, no exceptions as these are building requirements ***Please note that depending on your length of stay, a building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, references and other personal details. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirement NO SMOKING No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo only. Smoking is permitted on balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking guest will be charged the whole amount of security deposit. CHECK IN Check in is strictly 4pm to 10pm and it is done by us and building. If your flight is delayed and if you are coming after 10pm we have to be notified immediately. CHECK OUT The check-out is 11am. LUGGAGE STORAGE Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Please plan you arrival and departure times accordingly. MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENT If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item. LOST ITEMS We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure.
