It provides sleek kitchen cabinets with enough ample space, granite counter tops, massive fridge and basic kitchen appliances such as a stove, a toaster, a kettle and all the kitchen utensils you may need. You'll be pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine and a dryer at the back of the kitchen. You can have your meal either at the kitchen bar or at the classy dining table for 6. BALCONY As you slide open the glass doors, you'll find yourself on a heavenly balcony hovering the Biscayne Bay. BEDROOMS There are 2 bedrooms, One of them of them has entrance to balcony. larger bedroom feature beds, a drawers for your small personal belongings, a decorative mirror and two night stands. One has a walk-in closet while the other one offers a sleek wardrobe. BATHROOMS Our guests will be amazed with the apartment's bathrooms. It provides not only the comfort, but also the style. It is decorated with Italian-style tiles, huge mirrors and modern wall lamps. It features a Jacuzzi bath tub and a spacious, dreamy-like shower, marble tops, a toilet and a bidet. You'll also find there everything you may need for your personal pleasure. In addition to one of the best Miami Bay and city views, the Grand provides an Olympic size outdoor pool, a whirlpool, fully-equipped gym, a tennis court, on-site Marina and fantastic on-site restaurants offering everything from Italian and Chinese cuisine to local and seafood dishes. BOOKING RULES After you reserve the apartment, you must send us copies of ALL adults (16 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents must be legible. 21 years of age and older to book, no exceptions as these are building requirements. ***Please note that depending on your length of stay, a full building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirement NO SMOKING No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo only. Smoking is permitted on balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking guest will be charged the whole amount of security deposit. CHECK IN Check in is strictly 4pm to 10pm and it is done by us and building. If your flight is delayed and if you are coming after 10pm we have to be notified immediately.
