The living room introduces the dining room also looking down upon the Bay. BEDROOMS Then, you can retreat into the area featuring beds if you got tired from your Miami adventures. The master bedroom is divided from the main sitting area by the glass doors, providing extra privacy for yourself. You can snuggle up either into the cozy bed or the stylish pull-out couch. BALCONY When you remove the darkening curtains, you'll discover why this is a true Grand's jewel. The whole apartment has the access to the balcony with great panoramic view of the Port and South Beach. BOOKING RULES After you reserve the apartment you have to upload photos of ALL adults (16 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents have to be legible. 21 years of age and older to book, no exceptions as these are building requirements ***Please note that depending on your length of stay, a building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, references and other personal details.
