This 29th floor apartment is unusual for its open-concept plan however this feature makes it really charming. LIVING ROOM The sitting area is most charmingly decorated with the modern dining table for 4, a comfy sofa bed and a TV. The living room has an access to the balcony which is a real delight, rarely can you see such a stunning view. KITCHEN The kitchen is only seemingly separated from the sitting area but still a perfect nook for your cooking. It features a stove, a fridge, a microwave and a dishwasher in addition to all the cookware, glassware and kitchen utensils you may need. BEDROOM The bedrooms are a perfect retreat after your hectic day out. Its large glass doors embrace the room making it so bright and airy. It features a bed, a TV, a wardrobe for your belongings, an enclosed bathroom and above all, the access to the balcony. BATHROOM The light-decorated bathroom delivers the tub, washing machine and a dryer as well. The bathroom essentials are also on your disposal. HOUSE RULES: * Please keep in mind that the accommodations of which Comfy Stay provides are not hotels, but our home. Certain things you would expect from a hotel like 24-hour room service, fresh linen and room cleaning every day services are not available. THE POOL IS CLOSED AT THE MOMENT. As soon it is open again, we will update this information. PLEASE READ THEM ALL: BOOKING RULES After you reserve the apartment you will receive a registration link that we need you to fill out prior to arrival. 21 years of age and older to book, no exceptions as these are building requirements. OCCUPANCY RULES Absolutely NO Exceptions, please make sure your amount of guests reflects the building requirements. Absolutely NO unregistered guest access to unit or building. Abide and follow Airbnb's Rules, Terms and Conditions. Book the correct number of guests staying. Any intentional misinformation on the reservation form will result to your stay being terminated without refund. PARKING We can grant one designated parking spot for you in case you need it. Please park your car in that designated parking spot, otherwise your vehicle will be towed at your expense. MAKING NOISE Do not gather or hang out in front of the apartment. Keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the neighbors, especially after 9pm. Any kind of parties, gatherings, unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. If there is even a slight complaint from the neighbors or building management, you will be asked to leave the apartment immediately and no refund will be issued. SAVING ENERGY Help us save energy by turning off all lights and air conditioners every time you go out of the apartment. We provide fresh towels during your check-in according to the number of guest. Please do not take more than what is provided. Do not leave the windows or balcony open if A/C is on.Failure to follow this rule will result in appearance of mold and you will be charged $500 fee. NO SMOKING Please DO NOT SMOKE inside the apartment. If we suspect that guests smoked inside the apartment we will charge deep clean up fee of $500. HYGIENE Do not throw anything but the toilet paper inside the toilet bowl!! Failure to abide the rule will result in clogging of the toilet and fee 400$ for emergency plumber. Please, separate trash into two: LANDFILL (food, non recyclable), RECYCLABLE (paper, cans, plastic bottles, glass). If the trash bin become full before the end of your stay, please have your other trash be inside a plastic bag, and leave the plastic bag beside the trash bin. Please be neat and tidy during your stay. As much as possible, please leave the apartment in the state as it was when you checked in.
