Two larger bedrooms feature a bed, a drawers for your small personal belongings, a decorative mirror and two night stands. One has a walk-in closet while the other one offers a sleek wardrobe. BATHROOMS Our guests will be amazed with the apartment's bathrooms. It provides not only the comfort, but also the style. It is decorated with Italian-style tiles, huge mirrors and modern wall lamps. It features a Jacuzzi bath tub and a spacious, dreamy-like shower, marble tops, a toilet and a bidet. You'll also find there everything you may need for your personal pleasure. The Grand condominium boasts of amazing views as well as of a wide array of first class amenities. BOOKING RULES After you reserve the apartment, you must send us copies of ALL adults (16 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents must be legible. 21 years of age and older to book, no exceptions as these are building requirements. ***Please note that depending on your length of stay, a full building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details.
