The apartment is located in the heart of the Arts and Entertainment district , facing Biscayne Bay. KITCHEN The moment you enter the apartment, you will be in love of its charm. The lovely, state-of-the-art kitchen on the right will steal the show just for a second from the stylish and cozy living room. The kitchen is really spacious but it's not its best feature. It features everything from small kitchen appliances to all everyday conveniences like a stove, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer. All the cookware, glassware and kitchen utensils are at your service. LIVING ROOM The living room area is both a dining room and a sitting room. A delightful sofa opposite big screen TV, two chic vintage chairs, a fireplace, an avant-garde mirror and above all "the view" give this apartment its glitz. BEDROOMS The bedroom is carefully designed, only to provide the best comfort for our guests. It features a bed, two dressers with ample space for your belongings and a TV for your entertainment. Large glass doors with silk curtains embrace the space. The bedroom and a living room both communicates with the balcony overlooking the Bay. BATHROOM The enclosed light-colored bathroom with its modern design, a bath and a shower, toilet and bidet deliver the feeling of well being and pleasant atmosphere. BOOKING RULES After you reserve the apartment you have to upload photos of ALL adults (16 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents have to be legible. 21 years of age and older to book, no exceptions as these are building requirements. ***Please note that depending on your length of stay, a building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, references and other personal details. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirement NO SMOKING No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo only. Smoking is permitted on balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking guest will be charged the whole amount of security deposit. CHECK IN Check in is strictly 4pm to 10pm and it is done by us and building. If your flight is delayed and if you are coming after 10pm we have to be notified immediately. CHECK OUT The check-out is 11am. LUGGAGE STORAGE Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Please plan you arrival and departure times accordingly. MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENT If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item. LOST ITEMS We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure. PARKING RULES *** $70.00 fee for parking transponder for one self-parking space for entire stay. Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.
