Parking availability and fees vary by location. ★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY Packages may be left at the door. Please note that the property does not have a front desk or doorman, and guests are responsible for retrieving their deliveries. The Neighborhood: Beach Bae is located in a protected 1950s Art Deco building nestled between Ocean Terrace and the beach. With the ocean just steps away, the location offers a special blend of classic Miami Beach character and easy coastal living. Unlike the busier atmosphere of South Beach, Mid-Beach offers a more relaxed neighborhood feel, with restaurants, family-owned shops, outdoor activities, and convenient access to the shoreline. Take a peaceful stroll along the Miami Beach Boardwalk, play volleyball on the beach courts across the street, rent a Citi Bike nearby, or spend the day relaxing on the sand. As the day winds down, enjoy the coastal scenery and Miami's beautiful sunsets. Please be aware that nearby city beautification and construction work may cause some noise or activity in the surrounding area. Getting Around: One block from Collins ave and the beach, uber is recomended. There are public parking lots nearby if you have a car and need to park. Other Things to Note: Host and Keep Vacation Rentals will arrange any additional services during your stay. QUIET HOURS: Begin at 10 PM.
