Regular pest control measures are in place. The apartment is in a protected art deco building from the 1950's and is nested between Ocean Terrace and the beach. You have water very close by which is special. In comparison to the action and commotion of South Beach, the Mid Beach area is best defined in terms of its more laid-back atmosphere. Mid Beach is home to a number of restaurants and family-owned shops. You can thoroughly enjoy the outdoor activities in Mid Beach. Just go for a peaceful stroll along the boardwalk, play volleyball across the street at the beach courts, rent citi bikes nearby, spend the day on the sand or catch sunsets with a glass of wine. One block from Collins ave and the beach, uber is recomended. There are public parking lots nearby if you have a car and need to park. QUIET HOURS: Begin at 10 PM.
