Please note the building charges an application fee of $499, regardless of length of stay. An application process is necessary for reservation approval by the building management. Security procedures for identity and payment verification are part of the booking process. The building application fee is $499 paid to building management. At check-in, you'll be asked for a credit card to cover incidentals. Exterior surveillance cameras for added security. ★ IMPORTANT TO KNOW: All amenities located on the lobby floor. Pool with bay views. Guest registration with the hotel required 24 hours before arrival. ★ PROVISIONS: Essentials provided, including WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, portable crib, and starter toiletries.
